The stated dates are TENTATIVE as I need another LEADER with transportation to lead another party . The trip is non-standard as it involves car shuttles and is includes a west to east  AND/OR an east to west Traverse of the northern portion of Manning Park. Expect to walk on the good BC Parks trails extending between Cayuse Flats at the west end  and Blackwall Peak at the east end, both ends being easily accessible from Highway 3 (Hope/Princeton Highway) .  To avoid a long car shuttle there will have to be two separate parties, each with its own transportation and its own leader, so that the parties start independently  from opposite ends of the traverse. Preferably each party has an  FRS radio to facilitate meeting up  at the same camp site somewhere near Nicomen Lake, so the parties can spend Saturday night in the same place.  On Sunday afternoon the parties independently drive back to Hope  in different transportation than the Saturday start and meet-up in Hope to switch cars back.
