Participants must be competent and experienced ice climbers and have all necessary equipment. THIS TRIP IS NOT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS.

Now that the snow has settled and the temperatures are rising this is an excellent time to head to the Rockies.

I have ropes, ice screws and all equipment for a party of two.   I have been to the Rockies several times and lead grade 5 but am happy having fun and climbing any good grade 3 to 5.   Depending on conditions may also climb on Icefields Parkway and David Thompson highway.

Will stay in hostels or motel, depending on location.
