Trip Description

12-15km round trip; 650m elevation gain

With a stunning waterfall and several gorgeous views of the Squamish Valley and Tantalus Range, High Falls Creek is one of the most scenic hikes in the area.

Directions

Directions to High Falls Creek Trailhead:

  • Drive north on Highway 99 to Squamish Valley road.
  • Turn left onto Squamish Valley road.
  • Continue left at the Paradise Valley road junction.
  • Continue straight after the road turns to gravel.
  • Continue straight past the Ashlu road junction (on the left).
  • Drive past the hydro power project (on the right) and cross the first bridge.
  • Park in the pull out just before the second bridge; the trailhead is found just after the bridge on the right hand side.
