The New Watersprite Lake Trail now reaches Watersprite Lake and is open to the masses, but tonnes of work still needs to be done.

This trip is open and advertised to the general public.  The New Watersprite Lake Trail is a fragile treasure whose stewardship must involve the general public.

The following tasks await us on this mixed bag trip:

-improved drainage on the lower logging road
-small brush removal at the 1 KM mark
-construction of the short viewpoint trail "the prow"
-solid grubbing work of the final 2 KMs of logging road
-more clearing and route optimizing in the old growth forest

The more bodies/muscles, the faster this project will come towards completion.
