Access requires 4x4 or high clearance. Participants will be added to the confirmed list depending on vehicles available

Quick access to the alpine via Roe Creek followed by a steep hike to the ridge. One step of moderate but exposed climbing gets you to the peak. 

** Update** The road has been recentyl trenched about 3 km before the trail head. This reduces some of the charm of this trip adding about 1.5 hours return trip time but is not a plan changing issue

Good boots, some mountain experience are required. An ice axe may be useful for left over winter snow ascent and descent. Trip will be postponed if weather is poor.
