The sumas mountain crags in Abbotsford are a great little climbing area with top roping, sport climbing and even a bit of trad as well. They could definitely use a good spring cleaning however so I'll be spending the day scrubbing and scraping with climbing breaks whenever I get bored. Anyone interested in joining me is more than welcome to do so. Or if you are only interested in climbing and not the cleaning then still feel free to come. I'll be there pretty much the whole day. 

As far as gear goes just bring all your usual climbing stuff plus whatever brushes, scrapers and other moss/lichen removing utensils you might have. 

For those unaware of the location simply head to the intersection of dawson road and sumas mountain road then go north on sumas mountain road for 1.5km until you pass Highland quarry where you will see a pullout and trail. The approach hike is only about 5 minutes.
