This is an enjoyable hike and scramble with great views.  The weather looks decent for Saturday:  clouds with sunny breaks.  There is a short section of class 4/low 5th which also must be down climbed on the return.  Some scrambling experience is required.  Also, we will encounter a short traverse of a glacier.  If this is melted down to bare ice it can be very slippery.  Crampons required.

Participants must bring the following list of gear or will be refused to join:

1. Helmet

2. Mountaineering/hiking boots - no sneakers

3. Ice axe

4. crampons

All the usual day hiking gear:  warm clothes, extra layers, water, food (10 essentials)
