Exploratory trip to the Llama West ridge as a potential site for a BCMC Hut. Hike in from the highway to Zupjok (primitive trail), then walk along ridge crest to Llama and down its West Ridge to potential hut site (3-4 hrs one way). For those interested (otherwise wait or return on your own?), walk from potential site along open ridge to Anderson river range -- If time allows, walk/scramble to Gamuza and Steinbok (~7km one way). Uncertain on return time to Vancouver (10pm?)

Note: this is an exploratory trip, not a standard BCMC trip, so participants are expected to be self-sufficient and able to make their own decisions should they prefer to turn back on their own at any point along the way. Good fitness and agility on slabby terrain is likely required.
