A day trip up Crown mountain!
Route is described as being no harder than 5.9, and "an alpine day trip without leaving the city"!
A fairly early start up the Grouse Grind, I plan to be hiking up by 5am, and a full day of climbing up the Widowmaker Arete. Expect some simul-climbing on 4th class terrain.
Groups of two only!

Participants should:
-Be confident 5.10 trad lead climbers, minimum.
-Have their own helmet, harness, shoes and basic rock anchor equipment
-If more than one group of two, supply own rope and rock protection
-Have basic route finding skills and experience alpine climbing
-Know how to build a belay/repel anchor

Looks like a fun route, close by, and a good way to gear up for some the summer season!
If you want to join me for some climbing at Cliffhanger Vancouver or Squamish in the weeks prior, it would be great to get to know each other before hand!
