Alpine Practice on Mt Seymour

For active alpine climbers. Assuming one has already received solid formal alpine training elsewhere, the goal is only to review (and not to learn) fundamental mountain travel skills.
Agenda
Belaying the leader (direction of forces, fall factor and dynamic forces in a fall, etc.)
Leading
Reaching end of the pitch (setting up belay station, getting off belay, etc. )
Bringing up the second (rope work, belay)
Keeping the lead
Switching leads
Running belay
Escaping the belay (mule knot, transferring the load)
