3 days on ice to get started for the season.

What: Meet Thursday at St David at 07:00 for 3 days of ice then likely climb at the Rambles. Fri & Sat climb at Marble Canyon (conditions permitting).

Who: the trip is aimed at members with prior ice experience, preferably leading at WI3 or harder.

Accommodation: share a room (2 Queen beds and floor) at the Retasket Lodge to keep costs down. Bring a sleeping bag.

Transportation: one car for 4 people + gear -- we can use my 4-Runner or someone else's car, if available. Returning to Vancouver on Saturday evening.

Gear: All gear supplied by participants. Bring your personal gear (crampons, tools, harness HELMET, etc), and a rope if you have one, and a rack if you plan on leading.
