6:00am at GRouse Grind gate and 3-4pm at Old Buck parking lot
If you're up for the challenge. This is intervals run/hike, we will be doing the grind in maximum threshold effort and don't worry if you think you're slow, just give your best. I'm hiking down afterwards.
Join me in for a 20km trail run around Seymour area(Old Buck and Baden Powell) after work.
This workouts help to build up your cardio for alpine climb or backcountry skiing.
