Meeting of the BCMC Executive Team at the Anza Club (in the second floor loft).  This meeting is attended by those voted into the Executive positions at the Annual General Meeting but any BCMC member may attend as an observer.  The meeting typically lasts from 7pm to 10pm and a variety of agenda items are discussed.  Minutes of the meeting are posted on the website. Please note: seating is limited because the space is small... so we ask that you please contact the organizer in advance. 

Note: This meeting requires a minimum of 5 executive members to achieve quorum. The meeting will be cancelled unless 5 executive members have signed-up by Sunday 9pm.
