A two day trip up the Tusk and back.

We  will meet at st David's at 7 am Saturday and drive to the rubble creek parking area.

We will  then hike up to the camping area at garibaldi lake( battle ship islands) . we should have a few hours to relax at the lake ,after setting up camp .

Sunday we will head up to the Tusk ( summiting ,based on conditions) for those that want to.

we will then return to the lake break camp and head back to cars.

Hopefully we can go for dinner someplace fun in Squamish on the way home.

You will need a helmet and harness if you'd like to climb the Tusk ( rock fall  danger)

This will be a moderately paced trip
