Plan to meet at the Blue Lake Trailhead in Washington Pass on Saturday September 6 at 6:30am. From there we will hike in to South Early Winter Spire and climb the South Arete. After we will return to a campground (most likely Klipchuck). On Sunday we will climb the 11 pitch sport route, Prime Rib of Goat, 5.9 and then go home. If people wish to do other routes in the area that is fine as well. Participants are expected to be competent at lead climbing or come with a partner who is willing to lead the route. Participants should plan to drive to Washington Pass on Friday, approx. 4 hours from Vancouver. This is going to be a joint ACC and BCMC trip and participants will be expected to sign both club waiver forms.
