If you have some spare time and want to volunteer in one of the most beautiful parks in the world, here is your chance!
We will be hosted in the Black Tusk Ranger Station at Garibaldi Lake.
Volunteers will need their own sleeping bags and food for the three day session. As well as clothing for the possibility of rain, wind, low temps (basic high mountain weather)
Duties to include but not necessarily be limited to ditching, building boardwalk, clearing culverts, resurfacing, bridge repair and maintenance, etc etc etc. Park Rangers will provide supervision.
No experience is required but you must be have a fitness level high enough to be able to hike up the Rubble Creek trail with your gear and food and be able to endure approx. 8 hours of trail work per day with plenty of breaks.
