Getting an early morning sweat on, and sitting in your long johns at your desk all day is a great way to keep unwanted coworkers from bothering you at work. The purpose of this trip is to get some exercise midweek before work.

The road up Seymour seems to open at about 6:30 a.m. (7:00 a.m. is the posted opening time). We'll meet at Bean Around the World at the base of the mountain at 6:15 a.m. and aim to be skinning up the snowshoe trail, to Brockton Point no later than 6:45 a.m.  for a single lap, back downtown for about 9:15 a.m..

I'll be leaving from Kits, and going straight to work downtown after, and can pick people up and drop them off along the way, if getting to the meeting point is a problem.
