Bean Around the World, Base of Mt. Seymour at 6:30 a.m. (1151 Mt Seymour Rd #110, North Vancouver)
Getting an early morning sweat on, and sitting in your long johns at your desk all day is a great way to keep unwanted coworkers from bothering you at work. The purpose of this trip is to get some exercise midweek before work, but have more fun than a morning spinning class.
The road up Seymour seems to open about 15 minutes before 7:00 am (which is the posted opening time). We'll aim to be skinning up the snowshoe trail, to Brockton Point shortly after that for a single lap up and down the ski run, back downtown for about 9 a.m..
I'll be leaving from Kits, and going straight to work downtown after, and can pick people up and drop them off along the way, if getting to the meeting point is a problem.
