There seems to be a rising interest in mountain running so I will try to post a couple of trips. The idea is to build some volume to do more ambitious runs later in the season when the snow has melted in the alpine. We will start this series by running Burnaby Mtn.
Duration: 1H30-2H00
Pace: natural interval type, i.e., hard uphill, recover on the flats and dowhill (jog)
It is hard to make a cohesive running group. We will do our best to accommodate everybody but every participant has to be 100% self-sufficient and be ready to run by himself.
Gear: map (I will send one by mail with rough route description) + headlamp minimally
