Trip description in Matt Gunn's book "Scrambles in SW BC"
We'll sort the rides at the meeting point. Please use the blog at "Planning forum", if you need a ride to the church or share tents and stoves. It is overnight trip with long approach to the camp near the glacier on Saturday and on Sunday we'll scramble the peak and come back home in the evening.
You need camping gear, food for 2 days, ice ax, good mountaineering boots. Light crampons may be helpful. We do not need a rope, harness or snow shoes.
This trip will not be cancelled or rescheduled in case of bad weather forecast. I will go and hope for good weather on the way. If you are a "fair weather hiker", feel free to cancel by Thursday evening.
