There are 2 distinct needs:
a) day-to-day website management
b) website development (bug fix, new functionality, look and feel).
2. Day-to-day website management: main task list; how many people needed; skill set.
3. Website Development Team:
- Main positions needed: product manager; project manager; programmers/testers; graphic artist; web designer (look and feel)
- Roadmap creation process
- Finding the technical resources (paid vs volunteers)
