The Skagit River trail is an easy hike from Manning Park to the Skagit Valley and passes through some large pacific rhododendron groves that usually bloom in early June, hence the date for this trip.
This is a one-way hike and will require setting up a car shuttle on our way out and picking up the other cars on our way back, and so it may be a fairly long day even though the hike itself is short. If enough people sign up we may be able to have parties travel in both directions, thus saving us from the need to set up the shuttle.
Only sign up if you actually plan on coming! Please contact me if you have any questions
Note: The Skagit River Trail was cleared in late May and is reportedly in great condition except for about a 2km section in the middle of the trail
