Stay in shape during the off-season.  I usually arrive at the gym by 7:30pm, and stay until 9:30 or 10pm. Ask at the desk for the 'BCMC group'. 

Gym rules: You are expected to pass a belay test if you are new to the gym, they offer short courses if you are completely new to gym climbing.

Note: BCMC members get 10% discount on passes at the Coquitlam and Vancouver locations of Cliffhangers.
