1. Meet up at the Rocky Mountain Ski Lodge (Canmore) the evening of December 16th (or I'll P/U at Calgary airport as per below). Return to Vancouver Saturday December 22nd. I have an SUV and can drive up to three people back with me, but I'll be arriving via Fernie so I can't participate in a carpool from Vancouver to Canmore. I can help organise the Carpool for the rest of the group however.

NOTE: If you want to fly to Calgary I pick you up at the airport free of charge on the 16th at night, and can definitely can do a P/U in town any weeknight.

2. This trip is suitable for people capable of WI 3 and above on TR, WI 2 and above on lead. I can lead up to 3 solid and  have led 4 when in mid season form.

3.Itinerary can be fodder for nightly discussions, but maybe start TR’ing at Haffner Creek WI 3-4+, then debate any of the following: Grotto Falls WI3,4, Junk Yards2-4, Johnston Canyon3-4, Kananaskis Ctry.: King Creek 3,4, Evan Thomas Creek 3,4 maybe drive to Ghost 3,4, let’s face it, it’s all candy :)

4.BCMC RECOMMENDED TRANSPORTATION COST: 12c / km/pers. if 2 or 3 pers. in car, 8c/ km/pers. if 4 pers. in car.
