Planned three day trip to the Needle Paek / Flatiron Ridge area.
Saturday: hike in and along Flatiron Ridge and set camp at the small lake just before Flatiron Ridge proper.
Sunday: Markhor to Needle traverse for those with appropriate skills and gear for rock and ice (email for details) (see Matt Gunn's summer route description). For anyone not interested in the traverse, spend the day wondering along Flatiron Ridge and/or summit Needle from the standard route.
Monday: a slack day, more wondering, break camp and return to Vancouver for the early evening.
