This will be a day of Advanced Snow/Ice Rescue Systems at Mt Seymour. Compound Hauling Systems, Complex hauling systems, and Belays. All participants must have a solid working knowledge of knots (prussic, figure 8, clove, munter), Simple hauling systems (2:1, 3:1, 5:1), snow anchors, and basic belays.
